\nOur 2024 Le Petit Sauvignon Blanc is pure, fresh, and delicious. The nose is expressive and powerful, featuring aromas of grapefruit, guava, and a hint of lemon. The palate is crisp with a round mid-palate and a long finish of pink grapefruit and pineapple. It will pair perfectly with white fish such as halibut, Asian cuisine, and even with a cheese plate.
\nOur 2024 Terroir follows in the footsteps of its predecessors. Although somewhat restrained in its youth, the bouquet is redolent with orange marmalade, guava with a hint of vanilla and toast. The palate opens with lively acidity, followed by a creamy mid-palate and a long finish filled with grapefruit, lemon, guava and pineapple. While it drinks beautifully now, this is one of those rare Sauvignon Blancs that will continue to improve with age.

The palate is medium bodied with soft tannin and a long finish of red cherry and delicate floral notes. It will pair perfectly with cassoulet, duck, and hearty vegetarian dishes such as brown butter sage Hen of the Woods mushrooms. While this wine drinks beautifully now it will continue to improve over the next decade.
