Bursting with intense flavors of red cherry, pomegranate, raspberries, cedar, and rich sweet holiday spice characteristics with a splash of minerality. We harvest our pinot from the famous Clark & Telephone Vineyard in Santa Maria.

Ruby red with wild strawberry and baking spices on the nose. Summer fresh raspberry, cranberry blend into deep flavors of black cherry, and blackberry creating a complex mouthfeel. The North Coast (AVA) in California, covering more than three million acres, includes Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake counties, and portions of Marin and Solano counties.

2020 Road To Morocco Reserve
This Cabernet blend is perfect for summer's BBQ season. Bursting ripe blackberry and raspberry fruit flavors, with a hint of Clove and Black cardamom. Rich mouthfeel, great balance, and excellent with all kinds of grilled and smoked meats. It is an excellent food pairing wine. 150 cases produced.

2019 Caberbet Sauvignon, Oak Knoll District, Napa
Deep in heritage, the Kelly Family has been farming in Oak Knoll for generations. Southwest side of Napa Valley, Oak Knoll's appellations' close proximity to San Pablo Bay results in a climate that is cooler and more moderate than any region in Napa Valley allowing for longer hangtime on the vine and longer harvest season.

2020 Pinot Noir, Black Dog Ranch, Carneros, Napa
This Carneros vineyard is south of Hwy 12 and nurtured in a cool climate that lends gradual growth and perfect fruit production. The extended ripening enhances the complexity and acidity of the fruit resulting in a full-bodied explosive Pinot Noir. Burst of ripe red and black cherry flavors, balanced by bright acidity and moderate tannins. The finish is absolutely elegant and lingering.

2020 Road to Morocco, Red Blend (Cab/Zin/Petite Sirah), Lodi

This exquisite Négrette, a legacy from my ancestors' vineyard, has its roots deeply entwined with history, having been planted in the mid-1800s in the Cienega Valley. Cradled by the San Andreas Fault, the vineyard thrives in a moderate climate at elevations surpassing 1,100 feet, creating the ideal conditions for dry farming these venerable vines. This meticulous process yields a wine with a profound depth of flavors and an intricate structure.

Adorning a rich, deep dark purple hue, almost bordering on black, this wine is a testament to its intensity. The palate is greeted with a forward display of fruit - notes of black cherry and ripe black plum, elegantly interlaced with the delicate scent of violets. The experience deepens with a full mouthfeel and structured tannins, unfolding into lavish flavors of vanilla, clove, chocolate, and espresso. The Négrette varietal here is an embodiment of pure elegance, promising to evolve gracefully over many years through its double barrel production.

The terroir plays a pivotal role, with soils on the east side of the fault comprising fragmented granite and crumbled sandstone, while the west side boasts predominantly granite and limestone. The Cienega Valley AVA, pioneered by my great uncle Theophile Vaché, the region's founding father, spans a few hundred acres of planted vines.

This Négrette's richness is magnified when paired with robust dishes such as grilled rack of lamb, succulent short ribs, traditional Ossobuco, or a hearty Porterhouse steak. Its sophistication and depth make it not just a wine, but a journey through time and tradition.

Grown on the west side of St. Helena, Napa Valley, where the valley floor is bisected by state highway 128, these vines are over 100 years old and benefit from the radiated heat from the valley hillsides. This warmer climate often results in full-bodied, ripe, jammy, luscious wines with black currant, cassis, black licorice, and cedar flavors to produce the ultimate in deep structured flavors. This elegant Cabernet Sauvignon exudes its lush deep dark garnet color and matches the regional flavors and aroma profiles beautifully.

The St. Helena AVA (American Viticulture Area) terroir is noticeably different than those of the surrounding regions and is just over 9,000 acres in size. Located where the Napa Valley floor narrows, between the Mayacamas and Vaca mountains.

Enjoy an amazing private dinner inside our Tasting Room with your host Tim Bacino, owner and winemaker. This beautiful multi-course Farm to Table dinner will be prepared by Michelin Star Chef Vincent Lesage.

About Vincent:

At the age of 30, Chef Vincent Lesage's impressive career already includes 3-Star Michelin restaurants in Paris, as well as experience at some of the world’s most luxurious hotels. Born and raised in Paris at the center of the food universe, Lesage was surrounded by the rich flavors and techniques that define French gastronomy. His passion for art and hours spent at the Louvre studying color palettes later inspired his artistic presentations of dishes. After graduating from the Institut Paul Bocuse in Ecully, France, Lesage trained at some of the world’s most celebrated establishments, including The Ritz Paris, the Michelin three-star restaurant, L’Astrance, and Michelin three-star restaurant, Bras.

Notes: This wine dinner includes a reception with sparkling wine and try passes Hors-d'œuvres, 3 courses and paired wines for each course. Additional courses can be added for an additional cost. The wines will be selected during menu review.
